Shipment Delivery Time
- Astaberry can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.
- Astaberry is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email us at email@example.com
- To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, Please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags.
- Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
- Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
- Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Astaberry Team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
- Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
- No Refund of Payment shall be made once goods are sold. We can provide any other or same Astaberry Product (of the same value) against the same.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
- For safety reasons, orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once ordered.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
Out of Stock Products
- Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the buyer. However in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
- ABIPL Online Store will always try to update the product inventory and make minimum chances for getting the product out of stock
- All Domestic & International orders shipped from our New Delhi warehouse and will take their respective time in delivery.
- Worldly Goods required to be signed for at the time of delivery. If the consignee is not physically available at the time of delivery then please suggest any alternate person i.e. neighbour, family member, friends, colleagues etc. However, ABIPL is not responsible for the goods signed by any alternate person.
- ABIPL Online is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
- For any complaint related to damage & shortage needs to be reported within 3 days after delivery.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The final shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consignee will know about the charges before making payments.
- Goods may move or shift whilst in transit – product may shift to one side, stoppers may stick to the top lid, items may move within gift boxes. Returns will not be accepted in any of these cases where the issue is due to movements in transit
