Return Policy

  • Astaberry can accept any return & exchange only in the case the product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused/intact/sealable and undamaged condition.
  • Astaberry is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email us at care@astaberry.com.
  • All our products are non-returnable due to the product's hygiene/health and personal care/wellness. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. 
  • In general, an item may be eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
    1. Sold in a physically damaged condition: To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, Please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags.
    2. Has missing Products or accessories: In case you find any of the products missing as per your order, we request you to provide us with a 360-degree unboxing video to support the claim. Without the unboxing video, no claims will be processed further.
    3. Product packaging not opened; product not used: The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.

     

    • Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
    • In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.
    1. Drop us an email at care@astaberry.com or call us at ------within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of delivery. Our customer care team will resolve it at the earliest.
    • Returns & exchange appeals are subject to thorough checking and inspection by Astaberry Team.
    • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
    • Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. We recommend a patch test.
    • Exchange of a product due to reasons including personal dislike of the product; dislike of the fragrance; or dislike of colour that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product itself is not applicable. As buying a product is the customer’s choice, our experts only recommend the products as per your concerns. 
    • Goods may move or shift whilst in transit – product may shift to one side, stoppers may stick to the top lid, and items may move within gift boxes. Returns will not be accepted in any of these cases where the issue is due to movements in transit
    • Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
    • No Refund of Payment shall be made once goods are sold. We can provide any other or the same Astaberry Product (of the same value) against the same. (Conditions Apply)
    • Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
    • Your order can only be cancelled or exchanged if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at care@astaberry.com.
    1. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
    • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
