- Astaberry can accept any return & exchange only in the case if product is damaged, wrong delivered, or replacement case and the product will be in an unused / intact / sealable and undamaged condition.
- Astaberry is not responsible for any damage after delivery. In the case of an extreme scenario please email us at email@example.com
- To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, Please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags.
- Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
- Postage & shipping cannot be refunded.
- Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Astaberry Team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
- Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
- No Refund of Payment shall be made once goods are sold. We can provide any other or same Astaberry Product (of the same value) against the same.
- Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
- All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 3 days from the date of successful delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
